Call me Friday

Hits: 11

No, I am not changing my name to Friday. But that is the day I expect to be posting the latest statistical data on Santa Fe NM residential real estate. Inventory is up a little as befits summer. The new listings we see coming on line now probably wanted to get their property on the market two months ago.

It does not matter, ultimately, when you place a property on the market for sale. If it is not ready and is overpriced, there is no good time. If properly priced (to attract buyers and possibly written offers) and repairs and cosmetic touches are completed, it may sell yet this year.

So call me Friday, or just plan to return to this blogsite then to view the latest figures showing inventory and sales totals through the end of July, 2012.
