Keller Williams is fortunate to have a great team of people serving the Angel Fire/Taos/Eagle Nest/Red River area (known regionally as the Enchanted Circle). I recently stopped by their Angel Fire office, newly relocated right across the street and now in the same building as the town’s Visitor Center. Tara Chisum was there getting the new office squared away and told me about their annual customer appreciation party on July 4th when they get the grills going and provide food and drink for lots of people from all over, right in their parking lot. You are welcome to attend no matter where you live or want to live.
July 4th is a big deal in Angel Fire with many events both fun and strenuous plus plenty of calories to consume. They have an interesting mountain style golf course, zip lines and mountain biking trails galore. And in the winter the skiing and boarding are tons of fun. But for the real estate, whether you are looking for a summer place, a winter ski condo or anything in between, Angel Fire (and the surrounding areas) are beautiful and a wonderful place to get away to. In addition, just a few miles away is the Vietnam Veterans Memorial built with private funds by a father honoring his son who fought over there; now public land and building for all to visit and respect.
If you are not that familiar with the area, a great place to start is the website for Tara Chisum, Stuart Hamilton and Stephanie Hamilton (and their entire dynamic team) at www.powerofteamwork.com
You can see home and land listings, statistics about their market plus lots of other interesting information. And even if you are not buying or selling there, do stop by anyway as they would be glad to meet you and tell you what is happening in the area. Tell them Alan sent you.
