The COVID-19 pandemic has exploded across the country this summer eliminating the hope that things would get back to normal soon. Now seems like a good time to stay put and stay safe. We hope all our readers are healthy and weathering the storm all the while finding ways to adapt to these challenging times. The second quarter reports have been published by the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. Real estate services, deemed an essential business, have continued to adapt and change servicing buyers and sellers during these tough times. Home values remain strong but inventory levels are plummeting, exasperating an already tight market. Roger moved to Santa Fe in 1988, originally interning at Merrill Lynch, under the guidance of C.T.
