The promise of improved numbers is real right now. Each month sees an increase in unit sales and a reduction in inventory of residential properties for our market area. Absorption rates keep coming down. The pattern of this blog is to publish updated statistics on about the 10th of each month. Since that is a Saturday and reported Solds come in slow now and then, expect to see those numbers on October 12th, Monday. Check back then to see if we hit the magic number of 2000 units sold in the last 12 months.
