On the right side of the page are several reports and spreadsheets with Santa Fe NM residential real estate information. This includes inventory numbers and also sales volume for our city and county.

What is easy to notice is that (in the Monthly Sales report) June 2012 was the best month of home sales we have seen since August 2007. that is almost a full five years. And since historically August is usually a better month than June, maybe this year’s August will be even better than this year’s June.

Feel free to study and reprint and forward and analyse and memorize to your heart’s content…
