All eyes are on the real estate market to see what will happen as a result of the coronavirus and the crash of the stock market. The first quarter data here will be the last report that is not affected by the pandemic so it will be worth coming back to at a later date. We are currently updating our graphic capabilities and will start rolling out more dynamic data in the months to come as well as all the historic absorption rate data that we have compiled over the last decade.
Roger Carson is a longtime Santa Fean and prominent local Realtor, currently President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. Roger moved to Santa Fe in 1988, originally interning at Merrill Lynch, under the guidance of C.T. Herman, but later finding Real Estate was a better fit for his diverse educational and work experience background. Roger is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Volunteering is one of Roger’s core values and he has served many organizations and boards over the years. Currently, Roger is a Docent for the Historic House and Studio at the Randall Davey Audubon Center on Upper Canyon Road. Roger’s hobbies include Fly-Fishing and Golfing with his lovely wife.
